Delete your account
You can delete your Guezzer account, and the personal data linked to it, whenever you like. This page applies to Guezzer by Nexisia on the web (play.guezzer.com) and in our iPhone and Android apps.
In the game: immediate
- Open Guezzer at play.guezzer.com or in the app.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. This works for guest accounts and for accounts with email or Google sign-in.
By email: within 30 days
If you can't use the game, email info@nexisia.com with the subject “Delete my Guezzer account”.
- If you signed in with email or Google, send it from the email address linked to your account.
- If you play as a guest, include your in-game name and roughly when you started playing, so we can find your account.
We handle requests within 30 days and reply once your account has been deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and its settings.
- Every login identity linked to it: the guest device identifier, your email address and your Google sign-in.
- Your display name and avatar colour.
What we keep
- Results of the games you played (scores and ranks), in anonymised form without any link to you, so other players' results still add up.
- Server logs, which can include your IP address, until they are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Data on your device
To remove anything Guezzer left on your device, clear the site data for play.guezzer.com in your browser settings, or uninstall the app. Guest accounts that go unused for 12 months are deleted automatically.
